Turning Stone Casino Venue Sucks
Brett Young was great. Solid performance. Would see him again. However, the Events Center at Turning Stone Casino is awful. It's basically a slightly larger-sized version of a high school gym auditorium with concession stands. This is supposedly a "world-class" casino and entertainment venue that has "concessions" for food and refreshments. It took 25 minutes to get some water before the concert started because the staff was unable to handle the volume. Not because there wasn't enough staff, but because the size of the concession was tiny compared to the volume of people. And the lines for the concession was blocking the patrons from entering the venue. It was so poorly organized and managed. I don't normally write reviews but felt this definitely warranted it.
